Just got back from a run, which hoestly was the most fun and greatest hour I have spent in quite sometime. I have had alot of troubles especially with the runnng part since the concussion! Being out there in the sun, running along some of my favourite trails felt amazing.
Ingredients for the best hour in 5 months.
1. New pair of my favourite shoes, The Nike victories (thanks Running Room)
2.Some good tunes, Owl City and Carolina Liar. (suited my mood)
3.A few of my favourie trails and sunchine.
Felt amazing to be out there! Not feeling so hot right now, time to lay down see if i can stop spinning. It is slowly coming though.
p.s. good luck to stevo racing Ironman Canada this weekend!!!
